About the May Term
Penobscot School's experimental May term meets from April 28 to May 23, a 4-week term with some new classes and some continuing classes. (New students may join the continuing classes for the May Term; they should contact the school about appropriate level.)
Winter Term classes are continuing, with a theme of “putting into practice what we’ve learned…” The Intermediate groups will be practicing conversation; the Beginner levels will be building sentences on their way to conversation. The Advanced groups focus on reading and discussion in 100% language immersion. Italian and French classes, taught by exchange teachers, Giovanni Perlini and Julien Covos, meet once a week for 90 minutes; the fee is $72.
